Temperature & Humidity

Jumping spiders, particularly the p. Regius (Regal) species, thrive in temperatures ranging from 70°F to 78°F. Some species, such as the Hyllus Diardi, prefer warmer environments.

Essentially the warmer the environment, the more active your spider will be.

Humidity should range between 45-60%

Misting your enclosure will help with this humidity range, along with including moss or having a bioactive enclosure.

You can use a hydrometer to help monitor temps and humidity in your enclosure.

Best location to place it is up at the top of the enclosure, since that is where your spider will be hanging out the most!
